CANCELLED - Please note, due to the recent change in alert levels, all Fringe Town events for 2021 have been cancelled. For more information, please refer to Auckland Live’s official statement on the matter. And thank you for your understanding.

Trailblazers of Māori pop music, Maimoa are a music collective made up of some Aotearoa’s cutting-edge Māori and Pasifika artists.

Making headlines since 2015, when they knocked Justin Timberlake off the iTunes NZ Charts with their first single ‘Wairua’ and secured the number two slot on the New Zealand Charts, this year they were awarded Te Māngai Pāho Te Kaipuoro Māori Toa, Best Māori Artist of the year at the 2020 Aotearoa Music Awards.

Maimoa are set to be the next big thing and their Auckland Live Fringe Town concert will be an unmissable event. Make sure you're there to claim bragging rights!
