Let Me Tell You About Auckland...Finally

CANCELLED - Please note due to COVID and changing alert levels, this production has been cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Come on, let us take you on a walking tour of the Auckland CBD. Let Me Tell You About Auckland springs from the many voices of the Hobson Street Theatre Company. It tells stories, some true, some maybe not so true, about the inner parts of the city you thought you knew.

Written by the company and Anders-Falstie Jensen

Directed by Romy Hooper

Produced by Amelia Yiakmis for Flock Charitable Trust

The theatre company is associated with the Auckland City Mission and has been providing a creative space for the homelessness community since 2010. Now a professionally touring theatre company, HSTC encourages kōrero around homelessness in Aotearoa.

As the show moves throughout the city, a moderate level of mobility is suggested. Meet us in the Basement Theatre Carpark by the underpass, look for the yellow flag!

If you have additional needs, please get in contact and we can talk through how we may be able to be of assistance.

With thanks to Creative Zealand for their support of this project.

St Matthew-in-the-City have opened their doors to our company and welcomed us in for over a decade. We thank them for their generous support this and every year.
