Frnjam: 48 hour game-jam

If you’ve always wanted to create your own game, now’s your chance to join Frnjam and find out how.

We're calling to anyone who has little to no developer experience to team up with veteran physical, digital and tabletop game developers for a 48 hour jam to design, make, and then show off a game.

Following the format of well-established game-jam events such as Kiwijam, participants will meet Friday evening and split into groups to start making their game based on a secret theme. On Sunday evening, participants will get a chance to showcase what they have made over the last 48 hours to the public.

Think you got what it takes? Purchase a ticket and you’ll automatically be signed up to play. No game development experience of any sort is required.

There will be a public showing of the finished games on the Sunday. Everyone is invited to come along and have a look at what has been created!
