Joshua Lewis with the support of Auckland Live and Auckland Fringe presents:

LIMINAL: MOTION AS MANIFEST

Auckland Live presents the seventh edition of Emerging Pixels, a series of free and interactive digital art works by up-and-coming digital artists. Originally created as an experimental performance piece of "live cinema", Liminal is a short film which captures the live, sculptural movements of a dancer.

This new version presented at the Bruce Mason Centre is fully interactive, combining movements from the film and real-time motion generated by the viewer, culminating in a visual spectacle.

Creator of Liminal: Motion as manifest, Joshua Lewis is a spatial designer, artist and creative technologist who specialises in live performance and application of new media. Joshua is currently working towards a Masters of Fine Arts at Massey University, Wellington, New Zealand.
