Michelle/Ryan and Auckland Fringe present:

I'm an Apache Attack Helicopter.

"I'm gender non-binary!"
"I'm a black white woman!"
"I'm a reincarnated dragon!"
"I'm from an alternate dimension called heaven!"

Where is the line?

Defying all safe space, genderqueer performance act Michelle/Ryan of "Ze": queer as fuck! brings some unconventional comedy to the identity debate to prove that we're all humouring what makes each of us ridiculous.

Topics may include: the binary comedian's guide to gender, how to fail at pronouns, doing things religiously while not religious, pagans and people who believe they are werewolves, how to relax into your cisgendered-heterosexual-white-able-bodied-animate-human privilege, steps to becoming more-progressive-than-thou, and how to appropriate queer experiences.

Michelle/Ryan has been nominated and won awards for comedy and artistic risk in Australia and Canada. "Ze": queer as fuck!, their autobiographical theatrical comedy about sex, gender, and the journey to authentic pride, is also playing during Auckland Fringe.
