R and R (Rest and Restoration)

- Jang Huddle in collab with other artists!

We are burnt out to our very core.

This is an intimate video installation with a focus on mindfulness for small audiences. On the last night, there will be a dabble of live performances, along with spoken poetry and movement.

This is a pocket of chill, the kind of art where you're not asked to do much or give a lot, just be. There will be areas where you can participate, there's really no pressure to.

If in person is too much there is a link where anyone can watch the video installation and add their thoughts such as; how are things? How do you rest and restore? What does rest and restore mean?

Don't get your shit together, just come as you are.
